A phone call, and thirty-six hours later her dad was gone. After that, the question she’d been outrunning became unavoidable: is this what I actually want?

The short version

From the clinic chair to the audit question.

Ash built a career helping women feel their best, a skin and beauty therapist who ran her own clinic. Without realising it, that was where her coaching began, holding women through all of life’s ups and downs inside the treatment room. A life that looked successful on the outside and still wasn’t deeply fulfilling on the inside.

Sometimes life throws you the biggest challenge to help you find your way. That is exactly what happened: a phone call no one wants to receive, and shortly after, her father was gone. There is no preparing for that, and no going back to who you were before.

What it left her with was a question she now asks other women, gently: if this is it forever, am I happy with it? She’ll tell you herself, it was the moment she realised the answer was no. She had built a life that didn’t feel like hers, and with it came the realisation that she gets to build one that does. I am the problem, and therefore I am the solution. What came next was no plan, just a knowing that if she wanted to really live her life and make it count, she had to get honest with herself and change the parts that no longer fit. The courage to lean in and do the thing, even when it made absolutely no sense.

And it never stops with her. When a woman, especially one with a marriage and children, decides something needs to change, it ripples out into her family too. The people closest to her became mirrors for where she wasn’t yet showing up the way she wanted. It was uncomfortable at first, for everyone. Then the more she leaned into her own growth, the more they came along too, and the relationships grew stronger. That ripple is the heart of how she coaches.

What sits behind the work

Lived experience, with the training to hold it.

  • Background

Twelve years running her own skin and beauty business, and two decades in the industry. A business owner who carries the weight of being the one it all runs through.

  • Training

Trained across NLP, advanced breathwork, hypnotherapy and emotional-change technique.

  • Lived experience

Sudden, profound loss, and the rebuild that turned it into the work. The credential you can’t take a course in.

  • Approach

The practical application of awareness, not more of it. She has lived the trap of knowing you need to change without knowing how, and her work is the doing, not more shelf-help.
